The Tourte des Baronnies is a traditional pastry made from quality ingredients according to a family recipe of which they hold the secret. Cooking must be particularly controlled in order to make the cake soft and keep optimally (for about 1 month).
You can buy this traditional cake directly on the farm, in the markets of Lannemezan or Bagnères de Bigorre or in the Green Points of Lannemezan and Bagnères de Bigorre.
