In the heart of the village of St Arailles, formerly Castelnau Gascon, you will stay in a charming stone house (90m²) and its outbuilding (45m²) offering all the necessary comfort for a holiday with family or friends! The rooms in the outbuilding have direct access to the garden and will ensure a certain independence. The beautiful fenced garden overlooking the ramparts will allow you to enjoy an exceptional view of the hillsides and the Pyrenees. It is the ideal place for young and old in complete safety: swing, children's toys, tent, croquet, pétanque but also to enjoy your family meals in the shade of the plum tree or for a little nap on the hammock! For animals: ask the owners' agreement. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning package.

Description

A 90m² house on the ground floor and first floor: living room, kitchen with dining area. Upstairs: bedroom 1 with alcove (1 bed 140, bunk beds 70 and dressing room), accessible by a few steps, bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160, bathroom, separate toilet. In the 45m² annex, on the ground floor, reception hall, a shower room/WC and bedroom 3 with 1 140 bed (accessible to people with reduced mobility, bedroom 4 (go down 3 steps) with 1 140 bed and a bay window opening onto the garden and upstairs, attic bedroom 5 with 2 90 beds. St Arailles is the ideal starting point for walks following the hiking trails and exploring the Gers countryside or taking part in the many festivals: Vic-Fezensac: Pentecost or salsa, Mirande and its Country Festival, Marciac and its Jazz Festival.
