Cosy and comfy hotel in Argeles-Gazost
Situated at the heart of a wide sunny valley and close to the Col du Soulor, Lourdes, Gavarnie, Cauterets Pont d’Espagne and the Pic du Midi, this charming hotel is perfect for a break. The owners, Serge and Karine, offer a very warm welcome and always have lots of suggestions for exploring locally. The hotel's decoration and facilities ofer a haven of tranquility and just a few steps from the centre of Argeles. The pale pastels of the bedrooms and the views over the surrounding mountains are delightful, a lovely place to start your day. In summer a siesta under the trees is very tempting, whether on one of their sunloungers or on the lawns, often possible in winter too! Breakfast is served in the gardens and in winter under the veranda, the heated pool with jacuzzi is open all year round. In the restaurant the Christophe, the chef, propose an inventive menu using local produce with a large choice of regional wines. Vegetables from the garden, local specialities... food is fresh, full of flavour, generous and respectful of local tradition. Meals can be taken either in the cosy restaurant or on the flower-filled terrace.
