How do I pay for my order ?
You have the choice of payment for his purchases :
- By cheque on receipt of the proposed contract, signing the back of a cheque with your customer number and sending it to the following payment department:

How to give the order as a gift ?
You must make the gift order by letter or by telephone by calling one of our consultants 05.62.56.70.00 / 02 / 04 / 36
- The booking contract shall be sent to the address of the receiver of the gift with a free reservation slip.
- You receive a letter and a contract with the invoiced amount for the order.
How to make a claim ?
In accordance with the specific conditions of the Reservation Centre (article 23 ) if your trip does not match the services described to you during ordering and you wish to inform us of this fact, contact our after sales service resaindiv@cg65.fr indicating the reasons for your claim.
In each case attach all elements: photos, documents, reference numbers which will facilitate the handling of your request within the shortest possible delays. You are reminded that claims on the condition of the locations must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your arrival.
