The Louron valley is an authentic Pyrenean valley with its characterful mountain villages, its surrounding mountains and its lake, a tranquil peaceful place with of course the soothing spa waters of Balnea.
American Indian, Roman, Japonese, Inca... the different areas of the Balnea spa with their naturally warm waters are an invitation to travel the world, and through time... You will love the outdoor lagoons of the Japanese and Inca areas, their waters at 33C and 40C with a panoramic view over the mountains.
After you soothing world tour a walk around the lake offers many interesting stops. Kids will love the Ludeo waterpark with its pools, water slides, jacuzzi, and beach. Next door is the Ludic park with inflatables and trampolines. Those looking for adventure can test their balance at the treetop adventure park. For somehting more gentle why not take a poney ride around the lake. On the lake itself you can hire canoes, pedalos and stand-up paddles. For something most unusual there are downhill all-terrain scooters, an instructor will show you the ropes!

At the bottom of the Col de Peyresourde and on the shores of the Genos-Loudenvielle lake it offers an exceptional location for an unforgettable holiday. Close to the village of Loudenvielle you have a superb choice of walking trails, and can enjoy the Ludeo water park and the Ludic Activity Centre, In winter you can choose between the ski resorts of Peyragudes or Val Louron. families can enjoy outdoor pools where the waters are at 37C, in a sumptious decor of bamboo, temples and statues which transports you to Latin America, all to the backing of Peruvian pipe music. Swimming against the current, jacuzzis, massage jets, and even a beach of stones to take a snow bath in winter... the pure pleasures of warm waters in a delightful and surprising setting.

Peace and calm, this space is dedicated to the face and body. Special mountain treatments using Arnica, massages with warm sesame seed oil and Tibetan bowls, Thai foot massage and Taiko yoga, traditional Indian massage. All can be personalised specially for you.

This walk is perfect for families, passing from forests to mountain prairies, superb panoramas and a visit to the two defensive towers of the valley, back to the Middle Ages, it is even said that a secret tunnel joins the two towers of Genos and Moulor...
